Regan has worked for some of the best coffee roasteries in New Zealand. He has extensive experience in large scale through to small scale roasting. The last 7 years he has roasted an average of 5 tonne of espresso blend a week as well as speciality single origin coffee.
He has been to origin and judged Cup of Excellence award.
